The Century High School Class of 1984 monthly update
January 2005

Hello Everyone,

Here's wishing you a Great 2005!

I hope you all had a better start than mine.  I had to put my dog of 14 years to sleep.  It was the best for him but it's still a very difficult thing to do.

I have added a couple of new items to the website and will add some more pictures and a 15 Minutes of Fame in the coming days.  I also plan on sending out one more ok-to-share email list.  After this last one I will post names only on the website of the people who are willing to share their emails.  You can contact me if you need an email address.  It will be a lot less time consuming on my part.

I would ask all you to check out the BHS Class of 1981 website and glance at their newsletters.  I was hoping we could start sharing information about ourselves like that.   This newsletter would be a lot more interesting if we could get comments, feedback and life stories from you.  It can be a birth, anniversary, vacation story, a promotion, new job, move or what your children are up to.    So someone needs to step-up and be the first to share.

BISMARCK NEWS

North Dakota lawmakers are divided about whether to allow bars to stay open for an extra hour.  Right now bar closing time comes at 1 am.  The North Dakota Hospitality Association will be pushing a "local option" bill to allow 2 am bar closings.

** I could use some help here.  Send me any interesting news from Bismarck.  New stores, restaurants.  Are the old hang outs still there!

CHS HAPPENINGS

The Centahnas placed 4th in the Dance Category at the Fargo North Dance and Drill Competition.
